How does it work?
Choose a time in the time field and press 'Set Alarm'. As long as the tab stays open and your volume is on, the alarm will ring exactly at the time you set. Make sure your computer won't go to sleep before the alarm time.
Will the alarm work if my computer is asleep?
No — a browser cannot wake a computer from sleep. If you need a reliable morning alarm, use your phone's alarm clock, and use this tool for reminders during the workday while you're at your computer.
Why is it useful?
A reminder for a Zoom meeting, to take the cake out of the oven, or to leave on time for pickup — anything that needs a ringing reminder without reaching for your phone. The clock also shows the exact current time with seconds.
